AGC is an auto glass manufacturing firm with over 70% of the auto glass market in India. I started my journey as a Product Improvement Engineer under the direct guidance of Dr. K. Kumar. Due to my interest in New Product Development, I was offered the position of Product and Technology Leader at the NMD department of the firm. While at NMD, I got the opportunity to manage clients from Honda to Volkswagen and Mahindra and lead the APQP/PPAP process for automotive glass development. As an NPD professional, I was responsible for efficiently developing new models that met critical QCD requirements and for enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • I had the pleasure of working with Addvesh while he was president of the Segal Professional Bridge (SPB) student group at Northwestern University. His group was responsible for organizing the PDMA Chicago White Space Challenge. Addvesh was instrumental in recruiting and managing the student team that worked on the competition. Through his leadership, they were able to exceed expectations by growing the challenge to the most universities and teams participating since its inception in 2015. Addvesh's effusive personality is contagious and keeps everyone smiling and eager to contribute. He will make a positive impact and be a wonderful addition to any organization looking to hire him.
